If you enjoy having a a cocktail occasionally, leave your money at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, charge cards and cheques back at the hotel. Only take only the money you intend to spend on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to burn and leave the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could experience a success following a boozy evening out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps table. Hang on to that story considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously drink and gamble. The pair just do not mix.
Keeping your moola out of the casino is a tiny bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is a requirement. If you play to win, then do not drink and bet. If you can afford to burn your money nary a worry, then consume all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t carry charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your befuddled brain loses everything!
Permit me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink and then hop on the internet to wager in your preferred casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my condo, but since I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
What’s the reason? Although I do not drink alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is absolutely sufficient to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I do not consume alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and costly, drink.
